1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to MoneyBanx (“MoneyBanx”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or purchasing from MoneyBanx.com or MoneyBanx.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

All artworks and collector items sold by MoneyBanx are:

  • Original, hand-altered pieces

  • Created using genuine currency, collector cards, mixed media, or related materials that have been permanently transformed into art

  • Sold strictly as artwork and collectible items only

Important:
All modified currency is no longer intended for circulation and is sold as collectible art. MoneyBanx accepts no responsibility for any attempt to use altered currency as legal tender.

3. PRODUCT VARIATION & UNIQUENESS

Due to the nature of handmade and mixed-media artwork:

  • Every piece is unique

  • Minor imperfections, variations, or inconsistencies are part of the artwork

  • Product images are for representation — exact details may vary

No two items will ever be identical.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise

  • Full payment is required at checkout

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full

5. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Shipping method varies depending on order value, product type, and destination. This may include tracked or signed-for services where appropriate.

International Orders

MoneyBanx may cover customs fees at its discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, import checks, or circumstances outside our control.

6. DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

All items are packaged securely.

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier or postal service.

If your item arrives damaged:

You must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a resolution where appropriate.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Mishandling by postal services

  • Courier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Delays outside our control

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged and the damage is verified

  • The wrong item was sent

Custom, commissioned, personalised, and made-to-order pieces are strictly non-refundable.

8. CUSTOM ARTWORK

By commissioning custom artwork, you agree that:

  • Creative direction remains with the artist

  • Final results may differ from expectations

  • No refunds will be issued once work has started

  • No time guarantees are provided for custom work unless explicitly agreed in writing

9. SLABS, NFC & DIGITAL COA

Some products may include:

  • Encapsulation, also known as “slabs”

  • NFC-enabled authentication

  • Digital Certificates of Authenticity, also known as digital COAs

  • Physical Certificates of Authenticity

  • Serial numbers or edition numbers

Important:
NFC functionality depends on device compatibility.

MoneyBanx is not responsible for:

  • Device incompatibility

  • Third-party technology failures

  • Hosting interruptions beyond our control

  • Lost or damaged NFC cards

  • Customer inability to access NFC features due to phone settings, device limitations, or software issues

Digital COAs may be hosted on external or private servers and can be updated, modified, improved, or moved where required.

10. CRYPTO & REDEMPTION ITEMS

Where applicable:

  • Redemption instructions must be followed exactly

  • Claims must be made within the stated time period, if applicable

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate wallet details

MoneyBanx is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect wallet addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost access to wallets

  • Delays in blockchain processing

  • Network fees

  • Third-party wallet issues

  • Failed claims caused by customer error

All crypto-related and redemption-based items are non-refundable.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, designs, branding, logos, product images, website content, certificates, labels, packaging designs, digital assets, and written content remain the property of MoneyBanx unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Resell digitally

  • Use for commercial purposes

  • Create derivative products

  • Reprint designs

  • Use MoneyBanx branding without permission

Purchasing artwork or collector items does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership.

12. RESALE & VALUE DISCLAIMER

MoneyBanx makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Future value

  • Investment potential

  • Resale performance

  • Market demand

  • Collector value

Any perceived value is subjective and market-dependent.

MoneyBanx products are sold as artwork, collector items, and creative products — not as financial investments.

13. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt fraud

  • Interfere with website operations

  • Copy website content

  • Attempt to access restricted areas

  • Submit false information

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, block access, or restrict use of the website at any time.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyBanx shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential losses

  • Loss of profit

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Loss of resale value

  • Hosting issues

  • NFC technology failures

  • Courier or postal service errors

  • Customs delays

Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
