6. SAFE PLACE & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
If you provide delivery instructions such as:

“Leave on porch”

“Leave on doorstep”

“Leave in communal area”
You do so at your own risk.
Once the courier confirms delivery according to your instructions, the order is considered successfully delivered.
MoneyBanx accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage after delivery in these cases.
7. PORCH THEFT / DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows the item as delivered, MoneyBanx is not responsible for:

Items left unattended

Items taken from porches, doorsteps, communal areas, reception areas, mail rooms, or shared buildings
We strongly recommend:

11. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact MoneyBanx within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of:
