REFUND POLICY

At MoneyBanx, every piece is original, collectible, and handled with care.

Due to the nature of original artwork, limited edition items, custom products, NFC-enabled collector items, and authenticated pieces, all sales are treated as final unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is received

MoneyBanx products are often original, limited edition, custom, numbered, authenticated, or collector-based items. For this reason, refunds and returns are not offered for change of mind, buyer regret, incorrect selection, or failure to read the product description.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact MoneyBanx within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging

  • Provide your order number where possible

MoneyBanx will review the issue and offer a resolution where appropriate.

Please keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as courier evidence may be required.

Claims made outside the 48-hour timeframe may not be accepted.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong item, you must contact MoneyBanx as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Clear photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, MoneyBanx will arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

CUSTOM ARTWORK

Custom artwork is:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-cancellable once work has started

No exceptions apply once production, design, sourcing, preparation, or artwork creation has begun.

By ordering custom artwork, the customer accepts that:

  • Creative direction remains with the artist

  • Final results may vary from expectations

  • Handmade artwork may include natural variation

  • No refund will be issued once work has started

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival or the wrong item is received:

  • Custom artwork

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Personalised items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Crypto redemption items

  • NFC-enabled items

  • Digital COA items

  • Physical COA items

  • Limited edition collector cards

  • Encapsulated slabs

  • One-of-one artwork

  • Signed items

  • Opened or handled collector items

  • Items with missing certificates, NFC cards, packaging, seals, or accessories

RETURN CONDITION

If MoneyBanx approves a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Returned items must include:

  • Original packaging where possible

  • Any certificates

  • NFC cards

  • Authentication materials

  • Accessories

  • Extras included with the order

MoneyBanx reserves the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned damaged, incomplete, altered, used, or missing original materials.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by MoneyBanx.

MoneyBanx is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customers should use tracked delivery when returning approved items.

REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

MoneyBanx reserves the right to deduct costs where appropriate, including:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged returns

  • Lost certificates

  • Lost NFC cards

  • Lost accessories

  • Return shipping fees

  • Non-refundable payment processing fees where applicable
